We want you to be satisfied with your Polso purchase, if that is unfortunately not the case, the item can always be returned within 14 days of receipt.

The product with all accessories supplied must be unworn and undamaged and must be returned in its original packaging. The costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Register your return by sending an email to   info@polso.nl . The order amount due will be refunded within 14 days after receipt of your return.

 

If the product or packaging is damaged, we are forced to pass on any depreciation. Make sure that the product is returned well packaged.
